BEEF BITES

During the first discussion we had, I presented my views on the possible dried snacks that could be considered for the project.
The products that I suggested were dried indian flat breads and pappodoms and other extruded snacks. When one of the members suggested beef jerky,I pointed that we could try chicken as they are less available in the market.
I suggested to the team that we could soon do a small market survey to identify customer preferences.
After the group discussion, I met Dr.Melvin Holmes,our project supervisor on behalf of the group and discussed with him the varied ideas we came up with. Mel made a lot of suggestions and advised us to stick on to either beef or chicken instead of fish.
I learned how to work with Gantt software and then after discussing the deadlines,made the initial Gantt chart for the team.

I also prepared the team's first minutes and uploaded them on the wiki.
I further prepared a questionnaire inorder to do the market survey to understand the consumer preferences.
